I was looking on the page for critiquables and this caught my eye immediately. The tattoo adds interest and colour, making what could have been a pure, plain piece into an edgy and detailed photo, however the natural makeup and high key lighting create a safe and happy atmosphere. The empty white void of the backdrop brings the viewer's eye directly to the model, who uses her stunning direct gaze to draw you in. The red hair is the bold, exciting colour in the image. I love how the bright hair and the calm colours of the tattoo come together and her expression is fantastic. Great work.
